1. Scope
This policy applies to subscriptions and digital services purchased through the AIME platform and distinguishes between B2C consumers and B2B professional customers.
2. 14-day withdrawal right
If you are a consumer, you have a 14-calendar-day withdrawal right from the date of contract conclusion under Greek consumer law and Directive 2011/83/EU.
To exercise the right, email info@aime.gr with enough information to identify your purchase.

4. Subscription cancellation
- You may cancel at any time from the billing section of your account.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
- No partial-period refunds are provided unless required by law or caused by AIME's failure to provide the service.
5. Refund scenarios
- Full refund for a timely lawful withdrawal where the right has not been waived.
- Pro-rata or special refund where the service could not be delivered due to a serious AIME technical failure.
- No statutory withdrawal right applies to B2B customers. Refunds are reviewed case by case.
6. Processing time
Once a refund is approved, it is processed back to the original payment method within 14 calendar days from approval.
7. Complaints
For disputes about refunds or withdrawal rights, first contact info@aime.gr. Consumers may also escalate matters to the Greek consumer-protection authorities.
