1. Purpose
This policy defines the boundaries of lawful, safe and contractually acceptable use of the AIME platform, its APIs and its AI-assisted tools.
2. Permitted use
- Lawful professional or personal use within your plan limits.
- Creation, analysis and processing of content for your own business or authorised clients.
- Connections to third-party systems in line with their terms.
3. Prohibited content
- Illegal, defamatory, deceptive or deepfake content that misleads the public.
- Malware, phishing, credential theft, exploit scripts or other cyber-abuse content.
- CSAM or any material related to the abuse of minors.
- Content infringing intellectual property or containing third-party personal data without a valid legal basis.
4. Prohibited actions
- Credential sharing, access resale or circumvention of billing or access controls.
- Scraping, crawling or automated querying beyond the expressly allowed limits of the service.
- Reverse engineering, model extraction or prompt-injection attempts.
- Security testing without prior written authorisation.
5. AI-specific rules
- Verify outputs before using them in decisions with significant consequences.
- Do not use the platform to train competing models.
- If you publish AI-generated content, comply with the disclosure rules that apply to you.
6. Enforcement
Violations may lead to warnings, temporary suspension, permanent account termination without refund or, in serious cases, referral to the competent authorities.
7. Reporting violations
If you identify misuse or harmful activity, notify AIME at info@aime.gr with the subject AUP Report.
