Scope
These schedules supplement the Terms only for a Product that is actually offered to you. They do not turn an Early Access or unavailable Product into a paid offer.
Bookr schedule
Bookr is for businesses and professionals managing appointments. The business configures services, staff, availability, booking rules, customer notices and any deposits it handles manually. Its staff and appointment-client data may be processed under the business's instructions and the DPA. Calendar synchronization and optional communication channels require separate connection/configuration and applicable provider terms. Bookr does not currently process the business's end-customer online payments; AIME is not merchant of record or payment processor for those transactions. The business is responsible for its own payment, cancellation and privacy notices to its clients. Recurring SaaS fees use the chosen monthly or annual plan. Any Bookr setup fee is quoted during onboarding, agreed separately and manually invoiced/collected; it is not added to standard subscription Checkout. Cancellation of the subscription stops future renewal at period end, subject to mandatory law or written exception.
Review Responder schedule
Review Responder is for a business or professional that owns or is authorized to manage the connected Google Business Profile and, where relevant, has its end-client's permission to respond. Connection and sync are user-initiated. AI reply drafts are generated only on request; a human reviews/edits and approves each reply, then explicitly triggers publication. No automatic low-rating reply or scheduled publication is promised. Google access and review Content are governed by Google's terms and provider storage restrictions; a disconnected account should lose access and remaining locally held provider Content is subject to deletion controls. Availability of review or Performance API features depends on the released, verified configuration. AIME does not promise an unrestricted review archive, permanent review history or Google compliance certification. The customer is responsible for reply accuracy, lawful content, authority and any public response it approves. Plan limits and monthly/annual fees are those displayed at checkout. Product-specific legal and provider launch review remains required.
QuickScan schedule
QuickScan may be used by an individual for their own blog, portfolio, personal website or project, or by a business for a site it is authorized to analyze. The customer is responsible for submitted URLs and competitor comparisons, and must respect third-party rights. The service may fetch public page material, use a configured AI provider to suggest actions and use Google PageSpeed Insights when configured. Reports, rankings and performance suggestions are advisory; no search rank, traffic or revenue outcome is guaranteed. The 14-day no-card trial and Free tier do not initiate a paid subscription. Pro requires a separate monthly or annual checkout, where available. An individual is not required to provide company details merely to use a personal site. Consumer statutory rights and the Refund & Cancellation Policy apply to eligible purchases.
NewsPilot Early Access schedule
NewsPilot may serve individual creators, bloggers and professionals as well as businesses, teams and agencies. Current Early Access is an access-request route, not an open paid checkout; listed historical plan metadata does not make a price or subscription offer. Access, preview, saved drafts, scheduling or delivery functions are available only as specifically enabled. Users select topics and sources, verify rights and factual accuracy, review AI-assisted newsletters or social drafts, and retain responsibility for approvals and publication. A later paid offer requires separate published price, checkout authority and applicable consumer information. Requesting access does not itself create a paid subscription.
