1. What this notice covers
Some AIME Products use AI to help a person draft, analyze or summarize information. A Product's interface and description identify the available AI feature. This notice explains actual intended uses and limits; it does not classify every AIME system under the EU AI Act or certify compliance. The applicable transparency requirements of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, including Article 50 where relevant, are in effect in this post-2-August-2026 release period.
2. Product uses
Review Responder prepares a reply draft only when an authorized user asks for one; a person reviews, edits and approves before explicitly publishing to Google. QuickScan may use AI to interpret website analysis and suggest SEO or visibility actions; PageSpeed diagnostics are a separate conditional data source. NewsPilot Early Access may help create newsletter and social drafts from selected topics and sources when access is granted; the user remains responsible for review and publication. Other public Products identify AI-assisted features in their own interface and terms; a portfolio listing does not mean a feature is commercially available.
3. Human control and publication
AI output is a suggestion, not a decision or guarantee. Check facts, attribution, rights, accuracy, tone and suitability before relying on or publishing it. AIME does not automatically approve or publish Review Responder replies. Customers who publish AI-generated or manipulated material must assess their own disclosure obligations, including content intended to inform the public on matters of public interest. Human editorial review and responsibility can affect a specific duty; no blanket exemption is asserted here.
4. Data and providers
Selected prompt, website, review or topic data may be sent to the configured model service to produce a requested output. Minimize personal or sensitive data, and supply third-party data only with authority and a lawful basis. The Privacy Policy and Provider Notice describe data categories and recipients. Provider models may produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased or outdated output; features may be unavailable if a provider is not configured.
