AI Transparency Notice

How AI is used across AIME and what the main limits are

1. Introduction

AIME uses foundation models and retrieval systems for drafting, analysis, summarisation, pattern detection and assistant workflows. This page acts as the public-facing transparency notice for that use.

2. Clear disclosure of AI interaction

AI interaction notice
Wherever you interact with a chatbot, assistant or AI-generated result, the AIME interface should make that clear. AIME is implementing this proactively ahead of the full Article 50 deadline of 2 August 2026.

3. Product-level AI usage

4. Model providers

  • OpenAI for drafting and content generation.
  • Anthropic for long-form analysis, summarisation and legal/compliance assistance.
  • Perplexity for retrieval and up-to-date information augmentation where supported.

5. Limitations and risks

  • Models may hallucinate or return outdated information.
  • Outputs may reflect bias or incomplete reasoning.
  • You should not submit sensitive third-party personal data without a valid legal basis.
  • Legal, financial or health-related use cases require independent professional review.

6. Extra caution for Medium Risk products

  • LexiGuard and RadarLaw are not legal opinions.
  • Commodex is not investment or financial advice.
  • FitnessCoach does not replace a physician, physiotherapist or dietitian.

7. Relationship to the EU AI Act

  • Article 5 prohibited practices have applied since 2 February 2025.
  • Article 4 AI literacy obligations are already in force.
  • GPAI obligations have applied since 2 August 2025.
  • Article 50 transparency obligations fully apply from 2 August 2026.
