1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device to support core site operation, remember user choices and, where you consent, measure aggregate usage.
2. Cookie categories
- Necessary cookies for core functionality and consent storage. Always on.
- Analytics cookies, only if you grant Analytics consent.
- Marketing cookies, only if you grant Marketing consent. These allow ad measurement and remarketing audiences (e.g. Google Ads).
- Preference cookies, only if you grant Preferences consent. These remember choices you make on the site.

| plausible | Aggregated analytics without advertising cookies | Browser/session dependent | Analytics only with consent |
| _ga | Google Analytics visitor identifier for measurement | Up to 2 years | Analytics only with consent |
| _ga_<container> | Google Analytics session measurement for aime.gr | Up to 2 years | Analytics only with consent |

3. Consent and management
The cookie banner offers a per-category choice (Analytics, Marketing, Preferences) without forcing a page reload. Every non-necessary category starts with denied consent defaults under Google Consent Mode v2 and is updated only after you grant explicit consent. Your decision is stored locally together with a timestamp and a version.
4. Third-party providers
For analytics we use Plausible and Google Analytics with consent mode. If you grant Marketing consent, we may also use Google Ads for ad measurement and remarketing audiences. Without Marketing consent, advertising storage, ad personalization, and remarketing profiles remain disabled.
