1. Acceptance and scope
By using aime.gr, the AIME app or any product in the suite, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, the Refund Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy.
2. Accounts and access
- You are responsible for accurate account and billing information.
- Credential sharing or access resale is not permitted without authorisation.
- AIME may require additional verification for security or compliance reasons.
3. Subscriptions, charges and renewals
Charges are processed through Stripe on a recurring basis according to the selected plan. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
For B2C users, any waiver of the 14-day withdrawal right requires a separate, initially unchecked checkbox at checkout confirming immediate access to the digital service.
4. AI outputs and usage limits
AIME AI outputs are provided as assistive tools. We do not guarantee absolute accuracy, timeliness or fitness for a specific purpose.

- Commodex does not replace investment or financial advice.
- FitnessCoach does not replace medical or dietetic guidance.
5. Acceptable use and liability
You may not use the platform for unlawful content, infringement of third-party rights, malware, phishing, unauthorised scraping or prompt-injection abuse.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIME's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by the customer to AIME in the prior 12 months, except for wilful misconduct or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens, Greece have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
