Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of the AIME website, account, purchased subscriptions and agreed services. The supplier is AIME ΤΕΧΝΟΛΟΓΙΚΕΣ & ΨΗΦΙΑΚΕΣ ΥΠΗΡΕΣΙΕΣ Ε.Ε., a Greek limited partnership trading as AIME, at Ερμού & Λυκοβρύσεως 14, Αθήνα 14452, Greece (VAT EL 803236825; GEMI 192756701000). Contact: info@aime.gr. A specific signed order form controls its service scope and price if it conflicts with these Terms; the DPA controls customer-personal-data processing where applicable.

AIME serves business customers and individual consumers, but eligibility is set for each Product. Bookr, Review Responder, Website Launch 24h and Sales Engine Setup are offered to businesses and professionals acting in that capacity. QuickScan may be purchased by individuals or businesses. NewsPilot can serve either class, but current Early Access does not itself authorize paid checkout. A business customer confirms authority to bind its organization and provide accurate business billing details. An individual need not provide a company name or VAT number unless legally required for that transaction. No catalogue description alone creates an entitlement to buy an unavailable Product.

Provide accurate account and billing details, keep credentials confidential, use individual team accounts where offered, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for actions through your account unless caused by AIME's breach. You must be at least the legal age to contract. AIME may verify authority or refuse an ineligible purchase. Do not resell access or evade plan limits.

The order review and Stripe Checkout show the selected Product, plan, monthly or annual interval, amount, and payment obligation before purchase. Displayed amounts and tax treatment are confirmed at checkout; statutory VAT and fiscal-document treatment depend on the verified billing profile and applicable law. Stripe processes AIME subscription payments. An individual normally receives the applicable consumer fiscal document; a business receives the applicable business document. Correct billing details before payment. Separate service, onboarding or third-party charges require an agreed order form or invoice. Bookr setup fees are agreed during onboarding and invoiced/collected manually outside standard recurring SaaS Checkout.

A paid subscription starts when checkout succeeds and access is provisioned, unless the offer says otherwise. Monthly plans renew each month and annual plans each year at the disclosed price until cancelled; any permitted price change requires prior notice and applicable rights. A free tier or no-card trial carries no charge and does not become paid merely when access ends. QuickScan's 14-day no-card access does not automatically start a paid subscription. A new paid purchase requires a separate checkout. Plan limits and included features are those shown for the selected offer.

You may cancel renewal through account billing controls or contact support@aime.gr if the control is unavailable. Standard cancellation prevents the next renewal and access continues until the end of the current paid period. Mandatory law, an AIME-granted remedy or a specific written Product agreement may require a different result. Cancellation of renewal is distinct from a consumer's statutory withdrawal or a remedy for nonconformity. AIME may suspend access for material misuse, nonpayment or security risk, giving notice and a chance to remedy where reasonable and lawful. Termination does not extinguish accrued payment, confidentiality or lawful retention obligations.

If you buy an eligible Product as a consumer at a distance, you ordinarily have 14 calendar days from contract conclusion to notify AIME of withdrawal without giving a reason. Contact legal@aime.gr with the order details; the model form in the Refund & Cancellation Policy may be used but is not required. Before immediate digital-service performance during that period, checkout separately asks for your express request. If you withdraw after requested service has begun, applicable law may require a proportionate payment for service supplied up to the withdrawal notice. A service-contract withdrawal right is not lost simply because access begins; any loss after full performance depends on applicable legal conditions. Distinct rules may apply to non-tangible digital content, including prior express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation. An acknowledgement never removes rights for nonconformity, failure to supply or other mandatory remedies. The Refund & Cancellation Policy explains notice, repayment and exceptions.

AIME uses reasonable care to provide the subscribed functions but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, incidents, third-party outages and lawful changes may affect access. Material reductions to a paid service will be notified where practical, with remedies required by law or agreement. AIME may improve features without materially reducing a paid commitment during its term.

Use AIME lawfully and follow the Acceptable Use Policy. You retain rights to material you submit. You grant AIME a limited licence to host, process and transmit it to supply the selected service and authorized integrations. You warrant that you have the rights and lawful basis to supply third-party data, content and credentials. Do not submit prohibited data or instruct AIME to violate law, third-party rights or provider terms. AIME may remove unlawful content and preserve evidence where required.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and may change independently. Review Responder requires ownership of or authorization to manage the connected Google Business Profile; sync is user-initiated, drafts are requested by the user, replies require human approval and explicit publication. Provider access, retention and disconnect behavior are described in its Product schedule and Privacy Policy. Bookr manages appointment operations; it does not currently process a merchant's end-customer online payments or act as merchant of record for them. A merchant handles its own deposit and payment policy. QuickScan accepts authorized website URLs, including a consumer's own blog or portfolio. NewsPilot Early Access provides only the access expressly offered; no paid subscription is created by requesting access. The Product Schedules form part of these Terms for the relevant Product.

Where a Product offers AI drafting or analysis, outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. Review them before use or publication. AIME does not provide legal, financial or medical advice through these Products. Review Responder does not automatically publish AI replies. The AI Notice explains the actual feature and disclosure model. Do not rely on an AI output as the sole basis for a consequential decision.

AIME and licensors retain their software, marks and pre-existing materials. During a valid subscription you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the subscribed Product for its permitted purpose. You keep rights in your submitted content. Rights in commissioned service deliverables are governed by the signed order form; third-party assets remain subject to their licences. Feedback may be used to improve AIME without transferring your confidential information or personal data rights.

The Privacy Policy describes AIME's own controller processing. For customer personal data processed on a customer's documented instructions, the DPA applies when agreed and relevant. Each party protects the other's non-public business information with reasonable care, uses it only for the contract and may disclose it to personnel and providers who need it under suitable obligations, or as required by law.

AIME will provide services with reasonable care and skill. Except for express commitments and mandatory statutory guarantees, no particular commercial result, ranking, sales volume or uninterrupted operation is guaranteed. To the extent lawful for business customers, AIME's aggregate contractual liability is proposed to be capped at fees paid for the affected service in the previous 12 months, excluding fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, confidentiality or data-protection liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and statutory payment obligations. This proposal does not limit an individual consumer's mandatory rights or remedies. Neither party is liable for remote or unforeseeable losses to the extent lawful.

AIME may update these Terms prospectively with notice for material changes; a paid period remains subject to the agreed commercial terms unless law or express agreement permits otherwise. Greek law governs, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection in their habitual residence. Competent Athens courts are proposed for business disputes; mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules prevail for consumers. Raise concerns at legal@aime.gr.
