Accessibility statement / Δήλωση προσβασιμότητας

We want AIME to remain usable for people navigating with keyboards, screen readers, zoom, and assistive technologies. Θέλουμε το AIME να παραμένει λειτουργικό για ανθρώπους που χρησιμοποιούν πληκτρολόγιο, screen readers, zoom και βοηθητικές τεχνολογίες.

WCAG 2.1 AA target

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA across the AIME marketing site and the core logged-in product surfaces used during launch.

Keyboard and screen-reader support

We prioritize semantic structure, visible focus states, readable contrast, and predictable keyboard navigation on critical flows such as pricing, contact, signup, and billing handoff.

Ongoing remediation

Accessibility is part of launch hardening, not a one-off audit. We review high-traffic flows regularly and fix blockers as they are identified.

What we focus on at launch

  • Clear heading structure and readable text hierarchy on public pages.
  • Keyboard-reachable navigation, pricing, contact, and account-entry flows.
  • Meaningful labels for forms, buttons, and high-value CTAs.
  • Accessible alternatives when embedded media or generated content is not fully optimized yet.

Known limitations

Some newer product surfaces and CMS-driven sections are still being hardened as part of launch readiness. If you hit a blocker, contact us and we will provide an alternative workflow while we remediate the issue.

Report an issue

  • Email support@aime.gr with the page URL, browser/device details, and a short description of the issue.
  • If the issue blocks account, billing, or privacy actions, also copy privacy@aime.gr so we can prioritize the request.
  • We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 3 business days and provide either a fix ETA or an alternative path.
